Terms of Service

Welcome to Mango Bibo LLC. By using our Receptionist Services and/or Virtual Assistant (VA) Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.

1. Definitions

  • "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Mango Bibo LLC.

  • "Client," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity engaging our services.

  • "Services" refers to the Receptionist Services and Virtual Assistant Services provided by Mango Bibo LLC.

  • "Receptionist Services" refers to professional call answering, message taking, appointment scheduling, and related services.

  • "Virtual Assistant (VA) Services" refers to administrative, business support, and related tasks performed remotely by our VA team.

2. Services Provided

  • 2.1 Receptionist Services

  • Mango Bibo provides live receptionist services, including but not limited to, professional call answering, message taking and delivery, appointment scheduling, call transferring, and customizable call handling.

  • 2.2 Virtual Assistant Services

  • Mango Bibo provides Virtual Assistant services, including but not limited to, administrative support, calendar management, email management, customer support, data entry, and other business-related tasks as agreed upon.

  • 2.3 AI Data Services

  • Mango Bibo provides AI data services, including data annotation, AI content generation, and training dataset development to support AI model training and optimization.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • 3.1 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the performance of the services.

  • 3.2 Access and Cooperation: You agree to provide timely access to necessary systems, tools, and information required by our team to perform the services effectively.

  • 3.3 Compliance with Laws: You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Fees, Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

4.1 Service Fees

  • Service Fees: Service fees are outlined in the service agreement or as displayed on our website. All fees are billed according to the selected service plan and payment schedule (weekly or monthly).

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Weekly Plans: Payments for weekly plans are due in advance at the start of each week. Invoices are issued every week, and payment must be received before services are rendered for that week.

  • Monthly Plans: Payments for monthly plans are due in advance at the start of each month. Invoices are issued every month, and payment must be received before services are rendered for that month.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of Weekly Plans:

    • Clients may cancel their weekly plan at any time by providing written notice at least 3 business days before the start of the next billing week.

    • If cancellation notice is received less than 3 business days before the start of the next billing week, the cancellation will take effect at the end of that billing week, and no refund will be issued for the current week’s payment.

    • Services will continue until the end of the current billing week unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Cancellation of Monthly Plans:

    • Clients may cancel their monthly plan by providing written notice at least 7 business days before the start of the next billing month.

    • If cancellation notice is received less than 7 business days before the start of the next billing month, the cancellation will take effect at the end of that billing month, and no refund will be issued for the current month’s payment.

    • Services will continue until the end of the current billing month unless otherwise agreed upon.

4.4 Refund Policy

  • Refunds for Weekly Plans:

    • No refunds will be issued for weekly plans once the week has started, as services are billed and rendered on a weekly basis.

    • If services are terminated by Mango Bibo LLC due to reasons other than client breach of terms, a pro-rated refund may be issued for any unused portion of the service week at our discretion.

  • Refunds for Monthly Plans:

    • No refunds will be issued for monthly plans once the month has started, as services are billed and rendered on a monthly basis.

    • If services are terminated by Mango Bibo LLC due to reasons other than client breach of terms, a pro-rated refund may be issued for any unused portion of the service month at our discretion.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee:

    • If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve any issues, including offering a replacement VA or Receptionist if the fit is not right. However, refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction alone after services have commenced.

4.5 Late Payments

  • Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, services may be suspended or terminated. A late fee may be applied to overdue invoices. Reinstatement of services after suspension will require payment of all outstanding amounts, including any late fees.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • 5.1 Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of the services strictly confidential. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business operations, customer data, and proprietary information.

  • 5.2 Data Protection: Mango Bibo LLC is committed to protecting your personal data and business information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Our services, including any data handling, will comply with relevant privacy regulations, including HIPAA compliance for sensitive data.

6. Service Availability and Performance

  • 6.1 Availability: Mango Bibo LLC will use reasonable efforts to ensure that our services are available as per the agreed service schedule. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and will not be liable for any service interruptions due to factors beyond our control.

  • 6.2 Performance: We aim to deliver high-quality services that meet your expectations. In the event you are not satisfied with the performance of a Virtual Assistant or Receptionist, please notify us, and we will take reasonable steps to address the issue, including providing a replacement if necessary.

7. Termination

  • 7.1 Termination by Client: You may terminate the services at any time with written notice. If you terminate the services, you will be responsible for all fees and charges incurred up to the date of termination.

  • 7.2 Termination by Company: Mango Bibo LLC reserves the right to terminate services if you breach any terms of this agreement or if payment is not received as agreed.

  • 7.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and any remaining prepaid fees for services not rendered will be refunded at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • 8.1 No Warranties: Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific needs or that they will be error-free.

  • 8.2 Limitation of Liability: Mango Bibo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • 9.1 Modification: Mango Bibo LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Mango Bibo LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
