In the early stages of running his firm, Morgan used an answering service to manage client calls, ensuring that potential and existing clients received prompt responses even when he was in court or meetings. This solution helped streamline operations, but as his firm grew, so did the need for more comprehensive administrative support. In 2019, he hired his first virtual assistant, a decision that transformed the way he managed his practice.

With a VA handling scheduling, client intake, document preparation, and other critical tasks, Morgan was able to focus on high-value legal work and business growth. He quickly saw how virtual assistants could be leveraged beyond simple admin tasks, becoming an integral part of running and scaling a business.

As he expanded into other ventures, Morgan continued to integrate VAs into his operations, recognizing their potential to enhance efficiency, improve client service, and drive business success.
